Implementing Survey in Qualtrics

Step 1: Creating Survey Blocks

After creating a new survey in Qualtrics, go to Survey > Survey Flow (highlighted button).

Click "Add Block" and add three blocks. Name these blocks:

  • Name Generator
  • Name Interpreters
  • Density Questions
